Job Summary
Occupational Therapist at Holton Manor (Elkhorn, WI) with on-site, full-/part-time/PRN roles. Responsibilities include performing initial patient examinations, developing and revising plans of care, supervising/mentoring the COTA, maintaining patient records, coordinating discharge plans, ensuring compliance with AOTA/state practice standards, and providing supervision as required by state practice acts. The role supports an in-house therapy program across outpatient/ALF/ILF/LTC settings, with flexible scheduling (days and PMs, including Saturdays) and opportunities for telecommunication supervision when the COTA is treating patients. Requires graduation from an accredited OT program and state licensure, with professional/administrative competencies and EMR experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited educational program in occupational therapy
- Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing
