Conduct high-volume oculoplastics procedures and ophthalmic surgeries within a state-of-the-art, wholly-owned surgery center. Manage cases supported by a fully dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic staff across 16 clinics and one surgery facility. Operate within a multi-specialty practice with 20 years of history, serving a team of 14 ophthalmologists and 12 optometrists. This role offers a guaranteed base salary with significant upside potential tied to a production formula, plus sign-on bonuses. The position is located in Charleston, SC, a coastal city with no state income tax. Candidates must be an enthusiastic and compassionate Oculoplastics Specialist Surgeon or Ophthalmologist.
