Job Summary
Provide clinical care to Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients at University Hospital, Clinics, and affiliated facilities. Engage in public service through approved consultative activities with non-university groups. Staff residents seeing Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients and teach residents and house staff regarding Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery issues. Perform research relevant to Oculoplastics. Abide by state, federal, and institutional compliance regulations, including mandatory training and reporting potential compliance problems. Document all patient care services in medical records and process billings for hospital and clinic charges in accordance with HCFA, Medicaid, Champus, and commercial carriers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology
- Completion of an Accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program
- Completion of an Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
- Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon and Washington
