Job Summary
Provide clinical care to Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery patients at the University Hospital, Clinics, and affiliated facilities. Engage in public service through approved consultative activities with non-university groups and staff residents seeing Oculofacial Plastic patients. Teach residents and house staff regarding Oculofacial Plastic and related issues while performing research relevant to Oculoplastics. Adhere to all state, federal, and institutional compliance regulations, including mandatory training and ethical behavior standards. Document patient care services and process billings for hospital and clinic charges in accordance with HCFA, Medicaid, Champus, and commercial carriers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology
- Completion of an Accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program
- Completion of an Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
- Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon and Washington
