Ocular Oncologist

Job Summary
Develop a practice caring for a varied mix of neoplastic and masquerade disorders in adults and children while practicing comprehensive ophthalmology at your discretion. Collaborate collegially with partners, residents, fellows, and support staff to foster professional growth. Leverage access to NIH-funded investigators and a dedicated Clinical Trials Unit for translational research opportunities within a 150,000-square-foot facility and an owned ambulatory surgery center. Requires an ACGME-accredited residency and AUPO-compliant fellowship in ocular oncology, along with eligibility for Oklahoma medical licensure and American Board of Ophthalmology certification. Experience with ocular, orbital, and adnexal diseases is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency (or equivalent)
- Completed an AUPO-compliant fellowship (or equivalent) in ocular oncology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- Be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in treating ocular, orbital, and adnexal diseases both primarily, as well as in conjunction with multi-subspecialists such as neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, plastic surgery, oral maxillofacial surgery, and medical/surgical/radiation oncology
