Job Summary
Lead end-to-end management of plant, equipment, and fleet assets across OCU-ANZ, ensuring all assets remain compliant, fit for purpose, and aligned with legislative and manufacturer requirements. Oversee asset registers, utilisation reporting, and fleet performance across multiple sites while managing mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment for project delivery. Drive standardised systems, processes, and governance for plant management across the group, ensuring WHS compliance, inspection regimes, and defect management processes are maintained. Optimize utilisation, reduce downtime, and improve overall fleet efficiency by managing supplier relationships, hire agreements, and service contracts. Support capital planning, replacement strategies, and cost control initiatives while providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in plant, fleet, or equipment management in construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance systems, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing multi-site or large-scale equipment fleets
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Commercially aware with strong cost and utilisation focus
- Construction White Card
- Open Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with asset management or ERP systems highly regarded
