Job Summary
Conduct direct clinical care as a new graduate RN while developing core competencies in mission-driven leadership, patient safety, and critical decision-making. Demonstrate ownership and teamwork across acute hospital services specializing in cancer, cardiac, neuroscience, stroke, and orthopedic care. Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee, Georgia, or a multi-state compact state, and complete Basic Life Support upon hire. Progress toward Pediatric and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications within specified timelines. Required Qualifications
- Associate Of Nursing
- Bachelors Of Nursing
- Masters Of Nursing
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse: TN, GA, or other multi-state compact RN license
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) American Heart Association
