Job Summary
Provide performance management, financial analytics, and decision support to stakeholders within the trades and ocean cost organization. Maintain the performance management framework, validate Freight List updates, and drive data-driven decisions through deep dive analysis, management reporting, and financial forecasts. Support trade FBPs with ad hoc analysis, contribute to MPR and QPR memos, prepare business cases, and coordinate with the COE team for accurate report updates. Challenge assumptions to enable value creation across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)
- 7+ years of experience in finance and analysis
- Experience of financial modelling and forecasting with Business acumen
- Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
