Job Summary
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, focusing on virtualization and containerization technologies. Lead product backlog refinement to prioritize features for virtualized and containerization platforms, then collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and provide technology solutions. Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders and USCYBERCOM to gather feedback and align capability delivery, while partnering with clients to develop product concepts, roadmaps, and functional specifications. Work with designers and engineers to conceptualize and deliver multi-platform applications, actively managing PI execution and cross-team collaboration for virtualization projects.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS SCI w/Polygraph - must be current
- Min 12 years with Bachelors, 10 years with Masters, or 16 years with HS Diploma or Associates Degree
- significant portion of experience in virtualization and containerization technologies
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter
- orchestration of virtual machine deployment and management
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes
- concepts of shared service meshes with services such as Keycloak, MinIO, and Vault
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services
- Proven experience in building enterprise-grade products from concept to launch
- Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies, including various infrastructure platforms
- Proficiency with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment

Desired Qualifications
