Job Summary
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, focusing on cloud networking and internet connectivity. Lead product backlog refinement to decompose features into actionable user stories and collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships for highly reliable network solutions. Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons, USCYBERCOM, and NSA to align capability delivery while partnering with clients to develop concepts, roadmaps, and functional specifications. Conceptualize and deliver multi-platform applications with designers and engineers, prioritizing robust and secure connectivity. Facilitate interactions across all stakeholders, drive Program Increment execution, and mentor less experienced product managers within an Agile environment. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Located in Hanover, MD, full-time salary-exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly - must be current
- Min 12 years with Bachelors, 10 years with Masters, or 16 years with HS Diploma or Associates Degree
- significant portion of experience in cloud networking and Internet connectivity
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
- Experience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable
- MBA or similar degree is a plus
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s) is desirable
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications are highly desirable
