Job Summary
Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and minimizing resistance. Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments to identify optimization areas, while establishing and monitoring OKRs to measure effectiveness. Coach senior leaders and managers on change sponsorship, facilitate requirements workshops, and create training plans to prepare end-users for transitions. Integrate change activities into project plans, build networks of change champions, and produce compelling stories to drive adoption across the organization. Requires 5+ years of change management experience, PROSCI certification preferred, and 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager, Change Analyst, Transformation Analyst Business, or similar role
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with requirements management and modeling tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills

- Google Application expertise
