Job Summary

Redeploy Juvenile Project Coordinator/Court Coordinator for the Circuit Court of Cook County provides liaison support between the Court, Juvenile Redeploy Program, and stakeholders. Responsible for intake referrals, assessing youth risk and needs, transmitting referrals to appropriate Redeploy agencies, monitoring referrals, maintaining/updating case information and producing reports. Performs data input and reporting using county/state case management systems, conducts site visits to ensure service quality, participates in wrap-around staffings, coordinates with stakeholders to host meetings describing Redeploy services and protocols, and represents the Court with professionalism. Requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, strong oral presentation skills, and the ability to travel across Cook County. Requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), experience in juvenile justice or court settings, valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, and the ability to work in-person full-time. Physical requirements include lifting up to 20 pounds, walking, stairs, and long periods at a desk, plus travel across Cook County; pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience working with the Court or in the juvenile justice field
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to multiple job sites
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in-person 100% of the scheduled work week
  • Data management and reporting skills (case management systems)
  • Ability to participate in meetings and wrap-around staffings
