Job Summary
Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Fusion ERP, Autonomous Databases, and Compute Instances. Configure networking components like VCNs, Subnets, and Load Balancers while managing Identity and Access Management policies. Deploy, troubleshoot, and automate environments using Terraform, Shell scripting, or Python. Perform backup, recovery, patching, and disaster recovery activities, then monitor system performance and availability. Troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements. Participate in on-call support to ensure adherence to SLAs and implement best practices for governance and cost optimization.
