Ocean Operations Associate

Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers while handling timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalations. Work intimately with account management and planning teams to ensure an effective end-to-end export process, coaching junior specialists and planning special freight operations for DG and reefer shipments. Assist senior associates on new business implementation and process improvements, informing the business on software needs to scale operations and improve regulatory compliance. Contribute to developing procedures that differentiate Flexport's operations from the industry while supporting internal and external clients in making informed logistics decisions.
