Coordinate export shipments from booking confirmation to vessel departure, tracking key deadlines and monitoring terminal, documentation, and VGM cut-off times. Prepare, review, and process export documents including Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, manifests, and load lists while validating shipper, consignee, and cargo details to reduce errors. Work with terminals, port agents, and vessel planners to confirm cargo status, fix loading issues, and support customs and port inspections. Communicate early with customers and internal teams regarding delays, rollovers, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate shipment records, document audit trails, and performance data on cut-off timeliness and amendment frequency. Ensure all shipments comply with customs requirements, port authority rules, and SOLAS/VGM standards.
