Ocean Export Coordinator

Manage end-to-end export shipments (LCL, FCL, consolidated containers) from order intake through final invoicing, ensuring door-to-door or door-to-port delivery. Coordinate with international clients and partners while overseeing the entire process flow to guarantee punctual and efficient operations. Exchange with team and management regarding deviations and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and communicate updates across the organization.
