Job Summary
Lead a therapy-led in-house reablement service as Occupational Therapy Team Manager, overseeing supervision of OT staff, triaging referrals, and coordinating service flow to maximise capacity. Drive person-centred, goal-driven outcomes following hospital discharge, combining leadership with frontline OT expertise in a community/hospital-discharge context. Requires HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with strong leadership and supervision experience and a background in reablement or hospital discharge services, plus excellent organisational and communication skills.
