Job Summary
Directly provide occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, celebrate small victories, and contribute to outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting with a collaborative team. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
