Occupational Therapy - Resident - Hand Fellow

Full-time occupational therapy resident responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy treatment programs based on evaluation, assessment, and medical referral. Maintains patient care records, evaluates patient responses to treatment, and recommends plan changes. Receives training through a didactic curriculum, clinical education, skills development, professional collaboration, and community outreach. Participates in education and training of OT students, program development, and research/continuing education activities. Adapts patient interactions to preserve privacy and follow applicable laws and standards. Requires Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy with eligibility for licensure (and current/eligible BLS); strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills; ability to work in a healthcare setting and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. This role may involve participation in residency/fellowship activities, documentation standards, and ongoing professional development.
