Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns to improve independence and quality of life. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships, support patient recovery, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification, CPR, and typically a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
