Occupational Therapist in home health delivering comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans to improve daily living, physical, cognitive, and emotional independence. Collaborates with nurses and caregivers, educates clients and families, documents visits, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports flexible scheduling with a per-visit pay model and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)
- Active Massachusetts OT license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred
