Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. This role supports seamless procedure implementation within a collaborative environment at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader recognized as one of the World's Most Admired Companies.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
