Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery and celebrate patient victories. Maintain current licensure, obtain CPR certification within 30 days, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Requires three years of OT experience with two years of clinical practice. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience
