On-Call Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the Out-Patient Department at Westminster Suncoast in St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities include monitoring resident progress and communicating with the OT; carrying out the resident’s Care Plan and goals; assisting the OT during evaluations; maintaining documentation of resident activities, progress, and billing; performing Home Assessments as part of discharge; and conducting resident screenings during admission, as well as quarterly and annual screenings to determine therapy needs.
