Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed to evaluate and assess individual patient needs, create personalized treatment plans to inspire functional independence, and use evidence-based methods to improve motor function, cognition, and daily activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapists, speech therapists, doctors, nursing staff) to provide comprehensive care, educate and empower patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust therapy plans to support recovery. Requires a degree as a COTA from an accredited program and a PA OTA license (or ability to obtain one prior to starting). Required Qualifications
- Degree in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
