Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to seniors in a home health setting. Evaluate and assess individual patient needs, create personalized treatment plans, and use evidence-based methods and tools to improve motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and document outcomes to support optimal recovery. Maintain autonomy in scheduling and patient management while contributing to a compassionate, Christian-affiliated organization committed to respect, dignity, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Current PA Occupational Therapist Assistant license or ability to obtain one prior to starting

- Home health experience (preferred)
- Medicare-certified/home health agency familiarity (preferred)
