Occupational Therapy Assistant

Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist in patients' homes throughout the Norton, MA area. Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities. Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requires a current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license, minimum one year of clinical experience, and afternoon availability. Earn up to $45 per skilled visit with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement. VRNS offers consistent scheduling through the Acquired Brain Injury Waiver Program and supports clinician growth with ongoing education opportunities.
