Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while delivering treatment aligned with established plans of care. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and manage cases. Uphold professional conduct, follow infection control protocols, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
