Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to improve functional abilities and independence. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while managing case loads and supervising Rehab Technicians as needed. Uphold professional conduct, apply appropriate billing practices, and maintain infection control protocols in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensure treatment delivery aligns with established plans of care to produce meaningful outcomes. Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on healthcare developments. Full-time and PRN opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
- Maintain a valid state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
