Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Contribute to the development of the occupational therapy assistant program, maintain a valid state license, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control protocols and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
