Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and manage cases to produce meaningful outcomes. Uphold professional conduct, follow infection control protocols, and apply appropriate billing practices to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
