Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supporting clients in improving functional abilities and independence. Foster positive relationships with facility staff while delivering treatment aligned with established plans of care and overseeing Rehab Technicians as needed. Uphold professional conduct, maintain a valid state license, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control protocols and document care effectively in English. This role contributes to the development of the occupational therapy assistant program and aligns with Reliant Rehabilitation's standards across its nationwide network of care communities.
