Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supporting clients in improving functional abilities and independence. Foster positive relationships with facility staff while delivering treatment aligned with established plans of care and case management. Supervise Rehab Technicians as needed and maintain a valid state license while staying informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare. Follow infection control protocols and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards. Deliver care that produces meaningful outcomes and contribute to the development of the occupational therapy assistant program.
