Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients. Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by delivering ongoing treatment per a plan of care and managing case responsibilities. Supervise Rehab Techs where required, ensure compliance with infection control and environmental safety protocols, and adhere to all state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license and stay current with professional issues through continuing education activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
