Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while delivering treatment aligned with established plans of care. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and manage cases. Uphold professional conduct, follow infection control and environmental safety protocols, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards. Maintain a valid state license, stay informed on developments in occupational therapy, and strengthen clinical skills through collaboration and continuing education.
