Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care aligned with established plans of care. Support clients in improving functional abilities and independence while managing case responsibilities and supervising Rehab Technicians as needed. Foster positive relationships with facility staff and maintain a valid state license to comply with all applicable regulations. Follow infection control protocols and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure treatment delivery meets clinical and regulatory standards. Maintain proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
- Maintain a valid state license
- Stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
