Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Deliver care that aligns with established treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes, including ongoing therapy, supervision of Rehab Technicians, and case management. Maintain a valid state license and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control protocols and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
