Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Manage ongoing therapy, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and handle case management aligned with established plans of care. Uphold professional conduct and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, including infection control and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license, stay informed on industry developments, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
