Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Deliver treatment aligned with established plans of care while supporting patients in improving functional abilities and independence. Manage case responsibilities including supervision of Rehab Technicians as needed and maintain valid state licensure. Follow infection control protocols, apply appropriate billing practices, and foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Maintain proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
