Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while fostering positive relationships with clients and facility staff. Manage case responsibilities including ongoing therapy, supervision of Rehab Technicians as needed, and adherence to established plans of care. Uphold professional conduct, apply appropriate billing practices, and follow infection control and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license, stay informed on developments in the field, and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
