Occupational Therapy Assistant

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while contributing to the development of the occupational therapy assistant program. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff, manage case responsibilities, and supervise Rehab Technicians as needed. Uphold professional conduct, apply appropriate billing practices, and maintain a valid state license. Follow infection control protocols and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
