Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence while delivering treatment aligned with established plans of care. Manage case responsibilities, including ongoing therapy, supervision of Rehab Technicians as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation. Uphold professional conduct and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and billing practices. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while contributing to the development of the occupational therapy assistant program.
