Occupational Therapy Assistant

Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supporting clients in improving functional abilities and independence. Foster positive relationships with facility staff while managing case plans and supervising Rehab Technicians as needed. Uphold professional conduct, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and apply appropriate billing practices to maintain clinical and regulatory standards. Adhere to infection control protocols and demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation. Maintain a valid state license and pursue continuing education to strengthen clinical and leadership skills.
