Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients. Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients, oversee Rehab Techs where required, and manage case responsibilities per a plan of care. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, infection control procedures, and environmental safety protocols. Maintain a valid state license, ensure compliance with billing and treatment guidelines, and enhance clinical expertise through continuing education and professional development. This Full-Time or PRN role offers a sign-on bonus and supports career advancement within Reliant's network of skilled nursing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
