Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care aligned with established plans of care. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering treatment that improves functional abilities and independence. Support the development of the occupational therapy assistant program through collaboration and self-study, while supervising Rehab Technicians as needed. Maintain a valid state license, adhere to infection control protocols, and apply appropriate billing practices to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role requires an ACOTE-accredited background and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
- Maintain a valid state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
