Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence, contribute to the development of the OT assistant program, and oversee Rehab Technicians as needed. Deliver care aligned with established treatment goals and plans of care while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control protocols. Ensure billing practices and treatment delivery models meet clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license
- Maintain a valid state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
