Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients. Maintain current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant while delivering hands-on assistance to support patient independence and recovery goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to obtain an Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice
