Job Summary
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Focus on improving mobility, function, ADLs, cognition, and strength while ensuring excellent patient outcomes. Deliver treatments according to established care plans, communicate patient progress with the OT team and families, complete timely documentation and daily billing, support care planning and discharge processes, and educate caregivers and staff on functional and maintenance programs. Availability for consistent PRN coverage, including weekends, in a flexible PRN role at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Avon, OH.
