Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, and functional independence. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to support positive outcomes, while documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining timely clinical records. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a post-acute rehabilitation setting dedicated to helping individuals improve independence and overall quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy
