Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) FT

Conduct in-house occupational therapy for a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including creating and implementing programs in cognition, dining, ADLs, sensory integration, and functional maintenance. Lead and support the dedicated therapy team while developing and implementing creative group activities to provide moments of joy for patients and residents. Maintain a full-time schedule with flexible hours and regular on-call rotation, supported by ongoing training and career advancement opportunities within a growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
